Mantidae est une collective qui recueille des témoignages contre les violences sexistes et sexuelles dans les milieux de musique alternative à Bruxelles. Cette année, elle met en place des ateliers d’écritures dans l’optique de créer des espaces d’expressions et de réparations.

La première session d’écriture aura lieu le samedi 22 mars et le dimanche 23 mars de 14h à 18h L’atelier aura lieu à Bruxelles au centre Amazone situé près de l’arrêt Botanique. Il est possible de s’inscrire à un seul jour où les deux selon les disponibilités, ce choix est à indiquer dans le formulaire.

Aucune compensation financière ne sera demandée. L’espace sera aménagé pour pouvoir écrire, échanger et se reposer. Une collation sera mise à disposition des participant.es. Le nombre de places est limité à 12 personnes.

Les ateliers d’écritures sont proposés en collaboration avec Judith du collectif des Matrisses.

Mantidae is a collective that gathers testimonies against gender-based and sexual violence in alternative music scenes in Brussels. This year, it is organizing writing workshops with the aim of creating spaces for expression and healing.

These workshops are intended for FINTA (Female, Intersex, Non-binary, Trans, and Agender) individuals who wish to use writing as a means to transform and heal experiences of gender-based and sexual violence (GBSV).

The collective will offer participants the possibility, (if they wish) to anonymously or openly share the resources created during the workshop in order to develop a zine centered on intuitive and transformative writing.

The first writing session will take place on Saturday, March 22, and Sunday, March 23, from 2 PM to 6 PM. The workshop will be held in Brussels at the Amazone Center, located near the Botanique stop. It is possible to register for one or both days depending on availability. This choice should be indicated in the form.

No financial compensation will be required. The space will be set up to allow writing, discussion, and rest. Snacks will be provided for participants. The number of spots is limited to 12 people.

The writing workshops are organized in collaboration with Judith from the Matrisses collective.
