Het koninklijk besluit tot vaststelling van de plaatsen waar de frontexagenten in België actief kunnen zijn, is gepubliceerd in het Belgisch Staatsblad. De wet treedt in werking op 1 juni 2025.

• 6 luchthavens : Brussel Nationaal (Zaventem) , Oostende , Bierset , Deurne , Gosselies , Wevelgem
• 6 havens : Antwerpen , Oostende , Zeebrugge , Nieuwpoort , Gent , Blankenberge
• De treinstation Brussel-Zuid
• De internationale spoorverbinding tussen het Verenigd Koninkrijk en de Belgische grens
• De gesloten centra en alle plaatsen waar mensen van hun vrijheid worden beroofd in verband met deportaties.

The Royal Order setting out the places where frontex agents will be able to search in Belgium has been published in the Belgian Monitor. The law will come into force on 1 June 2025
